In recent meetings with the Media Bureau, NABOB’s Jim Winston, plus MMTC’s David Honig and Fletcher Heald attorney Frank Montero and NAB have made the point that traditionally, AM ownership has been a gateway for entrepreneurs of color, much as LPTV does for television.
