Ronald Unkefer’s First Ventures Capital Partners Inc. has been selling off some FM translators of late, and has recently filed with the FCC to spin off two more.
The more expensive of the two deals is for K227BN Brawley CA.
The buyer is St. JPH Educational Media Inc., headed by President Raul Caro.
The price is $15,000, comprised of a $5,000 deposit and a cash payment for the remainder at closing.
The other deal is comparable. It is for K277BB Plainview TX.
Non-profit Christian Ministries of the Valley Inc., headed by President Enrique Garza, is the buyer.
The price is $10,000. The buyer put half of the amount down as a deposit and will pay the remainder at closing.
