The NFL has announced its first "flexible scheduling" move of the current football season, moving the November 18th game pitting the undefeated New England Patriots against the Buffalo Bills from Sunday afternoon to an 8:15 pm kickoff. That will put the game in primetime on "NBC Sunday Night Football." NBC Sports notes that the Pats have already played in the two most-viewed games of the 2007 NFL season, one of which was Sunday’s afternoon game against the Indianapolis Colts on CBS.
"The Patriots quest for a perfect season is clearly the biggest story in the NFL. It’s also been 13 years since the NFL’s premier primetime game visited Buffalo and it will be quite a scene there," said Dick Ebersol, Chairman, NBC Universal, Sports & Olympics.
