The seller is Apple 107.1 Inc., headed by President Michael Celenza .

The buyer is Big Apple Broadcasting LLC., headed by John Bridge.

The station operates on 106.3 MHz, with 99 W @ 890’.  It covers a decent portion of New York City and points in New Jersey.

According to the application, the translator is associated with WVIP-FM, a Class A on 95.3 MHZ licensed to New Rochelle NY.
