The licensee of a New Hampshire FM was seeking reinstatement after being deleted from the FCC Table of Allotments due to a prolonged period of silence. It invoked the tolling rule in its attempt to spring back to life.
The station was WTTT-FM Stratford NH, located to the west of Rochester NH in the southeast portion of the state near its border with Maine.
