Strong earnings reports, including better-than-expected profits at Ford, pushed stock prices higher on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 115 points, or 0.9%, to 12,595. Broadcasting stocks also had a good day.
The RBR Radio Index was up 6.475, or 1.6%, to 401.371.
The TVBR Television Index was up 7.433, or 2.7%, to 280.038.
