The FCC has seven items on its agenda for the next open meeting, slated for Oct. 22.

Much of its to-do list involves passage of items related to the incentive auction.

However one item relates to both radio and television licensees. The agency plans to vote on streamlining its foreign ownership policies for broadcast licensees and applicants, and standardizing the process for common carrier and aeronautical radio licensees.

It’s likely some of these items would be voted on by commissioners in the days before the meeting, so the final agenda would be shorter than seven items.
