Smart radio executives are doing everything they can to enhance radio’s platform on smartphones and other mobile devices, and Clip Interactive is helping to make it happen. And now it’s helping on four more Android devices.
CI’s service connects phone owners to any station using its platform.
It is already on the HTC One M8.
It has added HTC One M9, HTC Desire 610, Sharp Aquos Crystal and LG G3.
The CI app allows station to be accessed without streaming and with less battery drain.
“Activating the FM chip on more devices benefits the listener as they can reduce data usage and enjoy the real-time broadcast,” said Peter Shoebridge, chief technology officer at Clip Interactive. “The industry can expect more announcements about additional devices in the coming weeks as we continue our mission to provide interactive radio to the masses.”
