In a straight swap, Greg Dinetz is picking up KZGL-FM Flagstaff AZ, an AAA station on 103.7 MHz. According to brokerage Kalil & Co., it’ll cost him the CP for a DIY project in Chino Valley AZ.

The deal is a straight cash-free swap. Dinetz’s Grenax Broadcasting III will send the Chino Valley CP to William H. Brothers’ Towers Investment Trust. The parties will seek an extension to build out the station under the eligible entity program put in place by the FCC. The current CP expiration date is 7/12/10.

The new station will be a Class A on 92.5 MHz with 1.5 kw @ 571’.

For Grenax, KZGL will enter a combo which already includes three Arizona FMs: Hot AC KFLX-FM Kachina Village, Country KSED-FM Sedona and Classic Rock KWMX-FM Williams.
