Fourth-place for NBC's Monday night, 'Chase' placed third

If you missed it NBC makes mid-season changes and lot of them. Monday night at 8 p.m. ET, “Chuck” captured a 1.8 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49 and 5.5 million viewers overall).  In total viewers, “Chuck” is currently delivering its biggest overall audience since the show’s September 20 season premiere (pending updates). 


This week’s “Chuck” is matching the show’s 18-49 average for the May sweep earlier this year (1.8, “live plus same day”).  Note that “Chuck” is averaging a 26 percent increase in 18-49 when going from these “live plus same day” ratings to “live plus seven day” results so far this season.

At 9 p.m. ET, “The Event” delivered a 1.7/4 in 18-49 and 5.7 million viewers overall.  Week to week, “The Event” is up 3 percent in total viewers (5.7 million vs. 5.5 million).  Through the first six weeks of the season, “The Event” added an average 35 percent to its 18-49 rating when going from these “live plus same day” ratings to “live plus seven day” figures, the biggest percentage increase for any new series on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox or CW and the #4 increase for all series, new and returning. 

At 10 p.m. ET, “Chase” averaged a 1.2/3 in adults 18-49 and 4.6 million viewers overall.  Note that “Chase” is averaging a 26 percent increase in 18-49 when going from these “live plus same day” ratings to “live plus seven day” results so far this season.
