It was a busy Tuesday for Fox Corporation‘s HR team.
That’s because several promotions were seen in its ad sales organization, while the leadership of the company’s sports sales team has been expanded.
In a series of moves, Michael Falco was promoted from SVP/Sports Sales to Executive Vice President of Revenue Management and Strategy. He joined FOX in 2006 as an Account Executive.
David Borstein takes the newly created role of SVP/Digital and Social Sales. He will oversee the digital strategy for both the Sports and Entertainment teams. Borstein joined FOX in 2016 as Vice President of Digital Entertainment Sales.
Dan Callahan has been elevated to SVP/Data Strategy and Sales Innovation, from VP/Audience and Automated Sales. He will continue to lead FOX’s Audience Innovation Management (AIM) strategy and will now also manage the company’s digital relationships, video initiatives, and business development for the Sports and Entertainment Sales teams. Callahan started his career with FOX in June 2011 as Manager of Network Sales and Development for FOX News Media.
FOX’s advertising sales team is also expanding with addition of new SVP/Ad Sales Brian Nyemchek. He previously spent 12 years at NBCUniversal Media, most recently serving as Senior VP of NBC Sports Media Sales.
All report to President of Advertising Sales Marianne Gambelli, who said, “I couldn’t be prouder of the talent we develop and cultivate at FOX and our legacy of promoting from within. Michael, David and Dan are incredible strategists, contributors and team members who will continue to grow and impact our advertising sales organizations in their new roles.”
