Fox, CBS tie on low-impact Sunday

A 1.1/4 18-49 result is usually a signal for a back-in-the-pack rank in the nightly Nielsen competition, but on Sunday it was all it took to tie for 1st. Fox did better 18-34, while CBS had far more total viewers. ABC nipped Univision and NBC in a close race for 3rd.
