The Top 10 dancers performed on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and posted a 2.5/8 for the night among Adults 18-49, down one tenth from last Wednesday but up +4% versus the comparable Top 18 performance show in the fall (vs. 2.4/6 on 11/3/09).
In head to head competition in the 9p hour SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE outperformed NBC’s America’s Got Talent among Adults 18-34 (+7%, 2.9 vs. 2.7).
Summer-to-date SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE is up versus its Fall’09 average on Tue/Wed by +17% among Adults 18-49, +16% among Adults 18-34, +17% among Teens and +19% in Total Viewers.
Competition
ABC ran repeats of The Middle at 8p (1.0/4) and 8:30p (1.1/4), followed by repeats of Modern Family (1.3/4) and Cougar Town (1.0/3). At 10p, the special Jimmy Kimmel Live: The Twilight Saga posted a 1.1/3.
CBS aired special repeats of How I Met Your Mother (1.2/4) at 8p and Rules of Engagement (1.2/4) at 8:30p, a repeat Criminal Minds (1.3/4) at 9p and a repeat CSI: NY (1.4/4) at 10p.
Following a repeat America’s Got Talent (2.0/7) at 8p on NBC, an original America’s Got Talent (3.4/10) was up +10% from last Wednesday.. A repeat Law & Order: SVU posted a 1.6/5 at 10p.
