Airing originals of GLEE and new comedy RAISING HOPE, FOX ranked No.1 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.
At 8p, GLEE featured special guest star Gwyneth Paltrow and posted a 4.9/14 among Adults 18-49, up +7% from last week’s telecast (vs. 4.6/13). GLEE was once again the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens (as it has been on all its seven Tuesdays so far this season) and posted its highest Adults 18-34 rating since week two (9/28/10).
GLEE won the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.
RAISING HOPE followed at 9p and delivered a 2.7/7 among Adults 18-49, up +8% from last week’s episode (2.5/7). RAISING HOPE ranked No.1 in its hour among Adults 18-34 and Teens and posted its highest Adults 18-49 rating since week two (9/28/10).
An encore RAISING HOPE at 9:30p posted a 1.8/5 among Adults 18-49 and ranked # 4 in the 9:30p half hour among Adults 18-49.
Competition
ABC’s No Ordinary Family (1.7/5) posted its lowest rating to date, dropping -23% from last week’s episode. At 9p Dancing with the Stars: the Results Show (3.3/9), dropped -3%, followed by Detroit 1-8-7 (1.8/5), which gained +6% week over week.
CBS’s NCIS (3.9/11) was down -3% from last week’s telecast, while NCIS: Los Angeles (3.3/9) and The Good Wife (2.2/6) were both flat and matched their season lows. Season to date, NCIS (4.0/11) and The Good Wife (2.4/7) have shown double-digit declines (-11% and -17%, respectively) versus last season’s comparable averages (4.5/13 for NCIS, 2.9/8 for The Good Wife).
Following an average Biggest Loser (2.5/7, up +4%), Parenthood (1.8/5) delivered its lowest rating ever, down -14% from last week’s episode.
