An NFL playoff game ran over into primetime and fed its audience into the 20th Anniversary special edition of “The Simpsons,” producing monster Sunday ratings for Fox. With no more “Sunday Night Football,” NBC had to settle for 3rd place, although the season premier of “Chuck” fared pretty well, compared to its past performance.
