Fox loses bid to stop “Dish Anywhere”


FOXWe told you so: Fox Broadcasting lost its attempt to stop Dish’s Hopper with Slingbox, a.k.a. “Dish Anywhere.” Emboldened by the SCOTUS victory for broadcasters against Aereo last month, Fox challenged (7/8) the legality of Dish Anywhere, which allows subscribers to watch station feeds on devices outside the home.
