Airing against the NCAA Championship game on CBS, a two hour episode of 24 posted a 2.3/6 among Adults 18-49 and led FOX to a No. 3 rank for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. ‘24’ was down -12% from last week’s delivery.
ABC’s Dancing With The Stars (5.0/14) posted its lowest rated performance show this spring, down -11% from last week and -17% from its prior average (6.0/16). At 10p, Castle (3.0/8) was down -14% from last week’s performance.
Due to the nature of live sports, Fast Nationals for CBS are approximate. In the 8p half hour a repeat Big Bang Theory (NCAA on the West Coast) posted 3.5/11 while an original Rules of Engagement/NCAA posted a 3.6/10 at 8:30p. At 9p, the Prelude to a Championship pre-game special (4.6/12) was followed by the NCAA Championship game which delivered a 7.1/19 from 9:30-11p. This was up from last year which posted a 6.1/15 in the Fast Nationals and went up to a 6.3/16 in the Finals (9:15-11:47p).
NBC dramas Chuck (2.1/6) and Trauma (1.5/4) were both in line with recent airings and a repeat Law & Order posted a 1.3/3 at 10p.
