Fox repeats of 'The Simpsons' 'American Dad' fourth


Airing its full Sunday ANIMATION DOMINATION lineup, FOX ranked #1 last night among Adults 18-34 and Teens and placed third among Adults 18-49.

An original episode of THE SIMPSONS posted a 2.8/8 at 8pm, up +4% from its last telecast (2.7/8 on 2/20/11).  BOB’S BURGERS served up a 2.3/6, its highest Adults 18-49 rating since week two (1/16/11) and was up +5% from its most recent telecast (2.2/6 on 2/20/11).

FAMILY GUY at 9p delivered a 3.1/8 among Adults 18-49, down -6% from its most recent telecast on 2/20/11 (vs. 3.3/8).  At 9:30p THE CLEVELAND SHOW posted a 2.3/6, down -12% from its last telecast (2.6/7 on 2/20/11).

At 7p FOX aired an encore THE SIMPSONS (1.7/6), followed by an encore AMERICAN DAD (1.7/5) at 7;30p.


ABC aired America’s Funniest Home Videos (1.8/6) at 7p, followed by the network premiere of Secret Millionaire (3.3/9) at 8p, which was up +32% from this Fall’s premiere of Extreme Makeover Home Edition on 9/26/10..

Desperate Housewives (3.4/8) and Brothers & Sisters (2.2/6) both finished the night down -8% from their prior season averages with originals. Season to date, Desperate Housewives (3.7/9) and Brothers & Sisters (2.4/6) are down -18% and -23% from their comparable original performances last year (4.5/11 & 3.1/8).

CBS started the night with 60 Minutes (1.7/5) at 7p and week three of Amazing Race 18 (2.7/7) at 8p, which was up +29% from its low-rated telecast against the Oscars last week. 

Undercover Boss (2.7/7, up +4%) neared its series low at 9p, down -16% from its prior original average (3.2/8).  CSI: Miami (2.4/7) finished the night up +20% from last week’s low-rated Oscar night telecast, but flat with its prior season average.

Following NBC’s Dateline (1.4/4), the series premiere of America’s Next Great Restaurant (1.6/4) was down -33% from last Spring’s series premiere of Minute to Win It in the same time period. 

At 9pm, the two-hour season launch of The Celebrity Apprentice (2.7/7) delivered the Apprentice franchise’s lowest spring premiere ever, falling -16% from its debut last spring (3.2/8 on 3/14/10).
