Fox squeaks by CBS in 18-49

The NCAA men’s basketball semifinals and the Academy of Country Music awards show delivered a Households ratings win for CBS, but “American Idol” was still strong enough to keep Fox ahead in the 18-49 demo.


In HH CBS scored a 7.6 rating and 13 share, with Fox at 5.7/9, ABC 4.6/8, NBC 4.5/7, Univision 2.1/3, CW 1.4/2, MyNetworkTV 1.0/2, Telemundo 0.6/1, TeleFutura and Ion 0.4/1 and Azteca America 0.1/0.

It was much closer in 18-49, with Fox at 3.6/10 and CBS 3.4/10. They were followed by NBC, ABC, Univision, CW, a tie by Telemundo and MyNetworkTV, TeleFutura and another tie by Ion and Azteca America.
