FOX aired a mix of ANIMATION DOMINATION encores and originals last night.
At 7p an encore THE SIMPSONS posted a 1.1/4 among Adults 18-49 followed by an original AMERICAN DAD which drew a 1.6/5, down -20% from its last original on 2/20/11 (2.0/6) due to its encore lead-in.
Encores of THE SIMPSONS (1.9/6), BOB’S BURGERS (1.7/5), and FAMILY GUY (2.2/6) aired from 8-9:30p, followed by an original THE CLEVELAND SHOW (2.2/5) that declined -15% from two weeks ago without an original lead-in.
Competition
Following America’s Funniest Home Videos (1.6/5, flat) at 7p, week five of ABC’s Secret Millionaire (2.6/7) was down -4% from its most recent performance. At 9p, Desperate Housewives (2.8/7) was down -18% from last week and -24% from its prior original average (3.7/9). Season-to-date, Desperate Housewives is down -18% from its comparable year ago performance (3.6/9 vs. 4.4/10). Closing out the night, a special airing of Body of Proof (2.0/5) was down -35% from its series debut on Tuesday, 3/29/11 at 10p (3.1/8).
Following 60 Minutes (1.5/5, down -52%), CBS’ presentation of the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards posted a 3.3/9, on par with last year’s telecast (3.2/8, up +3% from 4/18/10).
NBC aired Dateline (1.0/3, up +67%) at 7p, followed by week five of America’s Next Great Restaurant (1.4/4, up +8%) at 8p. At 9p, The Celebrity Apprentice (3.0/8) was flat with last week’s performance.
