Last night FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens with its Animation Domination lineup and the second week of new comedy SONS OF TUCSON.
At 8p THE SIMPSONS posted a 2.8/8 among Adults 18-49 and was up +12% versus last week (2.5/7). THE SIMPSONS ranked No. 2 in the half hour among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34, Teens, Men 18-49/18-34 and Women 18-34.
At 8:30p THE CLEVELAND SHOW returned to a 2.5/6 among Adults 18-49 and ranked No. 2 in the time period among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34 and Teens. CLEVELAND was down -11% compared to its most recent original on 2/21/10 (2.8/7).
FAMILY GUY at 9p posted a 3.5/8 among Adults 18-49, even with last week’s delivery. FAMILY GUY ranked No. 2 in the half hour among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34, Teens and Men 18-49/18-34.
Week two of SONS OF TUCSON at 9:30p delivered a 1.9/5 among Adults 18-49, down -10% from its premiere last week (2.1/5). SONS OF TUCSON ranked No. 4 in the half hour among Adults 18-49, No. 3 in Adults 18-34 and No. 2 in Teens.
TIL DEATH at 7p (0.9/3) and 7:30p (1.2/4) combined to rank No. 2 in the hour among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
Competition
Following part 2 of the skating special Thin Ice (0.7/2), ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (2.0/5) was down -13% from last week and -31% from its original season average (2.9/7). Desperate Housewives (3.5/8) delivered its lowest original rating ever, falling -5% from last week and -22% from its 2009/10 average (4.5/10), while a special preview of new reality series Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution posted a 2.2/6.
Due to the nature of live sports, Fast Nationals for CBS are approximate. With an overrun of the NCAA tournament until 7:50p, a combination of 60 Minutes and ten minutes of Amazing Race did a 3.2/9 in the 8p hour. Amazing Race 16 and the first ten minutes of Undercover Boss combined for a 3.9/10 from 9-10p and the remainder of Undercover Boss and the beginning of Cold Case delivered a 4.0/10 from 10-11p.
NBC’s Dateline Sunday (0.7/2) was followed by the new game show Minute To Win It (1.8/5) which dropped -25% from its premiere last Sunday (2.4/7). At 9p, week two of The Apprentice 9: Celebrity Edition (2.6/7) posted the show’s lowest rating ever with a celebrity cast, down -19% from its season premiere (3.2/8).
