FOX rose to the top of the Tuesday night pressure cooker to win the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54 and delivered the network’s highest Tuesday in Total Viewers so far this summer with entertainment programming.
HELL’S KITCHEN posted a 2.7/9 among Adults 18-49 (same as last week) and won its 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54, and significantly outperformed ABC’s Wipeout in head-to-head competition by +42% in Adults 18-49 (2.7/9 vs. 1.9/6).
At 9pm, MASTERCHEF delivered a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49 (same as last week) and posted its highest Total Viewers EVER. Also last night, MASTERCHEF tied its highest Adults 18-49 and delivered its highest Adults 18-34 this summer.
Competition
Following an original Wipeout (1.9/6), week two of ABC’s new game show Take the Money and Run posted a 1.8/5. Combat Hospital finished the night at a 0.9/3.
CBS aired repeats of NCIS (1.6/5), NCIS: Los Angeles (1.4/4), and The Mentalist (1.1/3).
NBC’s new game show It’s Worth What? delivered a 1.1/4 at 8p, its lowest original rating to date. From 9-11p, America’s Got Talent (2.9/8) posted its lowest Tuesday rating this summer, dropping -22% from its prior average on the night (3.7/11).
