Fox's 'Glee' solid second-place Tuesday

FOX’s Tuesday comedy block ranked #1 last night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Adults 25-54.


Television usage in the 8pm hour was down -6% last night vs. last week due to Daylight Saving Time. GLEE posted a 4.0/13 among Adults 18-49, down -13% from last week (4.6/14), but was still the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Adults 25-54 and won the 8p hour in these same demos.
              
At 9p RAISING HOPE posted a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49, down -7% from last week (2.7/8). RAISING HOPE was the #2 rated program of the night behind only GLEE among young adults and Teens and won the 9p half hour in those demos as well.        
              
TRAFFIC LIGHT closed the night with a 1.6/5 in Adults 18-49, up +7% from last week (1.5/4). 

Competition
Following a repeat No Ordinary Family (0.9/3), the season two finale of ABC’s V delivered a 1.8/5, down -14% from its season one finale last year (2.1/6 on 5/18/10). Closing out the night, Detroit 1-8-7 (1.3/4) gained two tenths (+18%) from last week.

CBS aired repeats of NCIS (2.2/7), NCIS: LA (2.2/6), and The Good Wife (1.2/4).

NBC’s Biggest Loser: Couples (2.7/8) was down -7% from last week and to date is down -17% from its comparable spring performance last year (2.9/8 vs. 3.5/9). At 10p, a special repeat of America’s Next Great Restaurant posted a 1.6/5.
