Fox's 'House' as usual solid ratings


Originals of HOUSE and THE CHICAGO CODE gave FOX the win last night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and, for the first time this season, Total Viewers.

HOUSE posted a 3.8/11 among Adults 18-49, the same as last week, and delivered its second largest Total Viewers audience this season (11.1 Mil.). 

HOUSE was the #1 program of the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, A18-34, Teens and A25-54 and won its 8p hour in these same demos.

At 9pm THE CHICAGO CODE followed with a 2.1/6 among Adults 18-49, identical to last week’s performance. 


On ABC, The Bachelor: Women Tell All posted a 3.1/9 from 8-10p, down -11% from last week’s episode. Season to date, The Bachelor is down -21% from last year (3.1/8 vs. 3.9/10). A repeat Castle posted a 1.4/4 at 10p.

Following a repeat How I Met Your Mother (2.0/6) at 8p, new CBS comedy Mad Love established a new series low (2.4/7), down -11% from last week’s performance. 

Mad Love has yet to see a week-to-week improvement since its premiere last month (3.0 > 2.8 > 2.7 > 2.4). 

Repeats of Two and a Half Men (2.8/8), Mike & Molly (2.6/7), and Hawaii Five-0 (2.0/6) finished the night.

The two-hour return of NBC’s The Event (1.4/4) delivered the series’ lowest original rating to date, down -36% from its prior average (2.2/6) and -26% from its most recent telecast (1.9/5 on 11/29/10).

Closing out the night, Harry’s Law (1.8/5) was flat week-to-week at 10p.
