Fox’s SYTYCD up 7%

FOXThe season finale of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE on FOX posted a 1.6/5 last night, up +7% from last week among Adults 18-49 and in Total Viewers (4.6 vs. 4.3 Mil) and up +25% in its core Adults 18-34 audience (1.5 vs. 1.2).


In addition, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE posted its highest ratings in one month in Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-3 and Teens. FOX ranked #2 for the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Competition

ABC ran repeats of The Middle (1.1/3) and Last Man Standing (1.1/3), followed by 20/20 Special Edition: Best in TV: The Greatest TV Shows of Our Time With Barbara Walters from 9-11pm (1.6/4) .

CBS ran repeats of NCIS (1.6/5) and a two-hour NCIS: LA (1.5/4, 9-11p).

NBC’s The Voice posted a 4.5/14, up +13% from its time period premiere last Tuesday (4.0/12) but down -17% from its comparable fifth telecast last spring (5.4/14 on Mon 2/27/12). Through five episodes, The Voice is down -42% from its average at the same point last year (4.2/12 vs. 7.2/18). New comedies Go On (3.3/9) and The New Normal (2.2/6) were down -3% and -12%, respectively, from their time period premieres last week (3.4/10 and 2.5/7), while Parenthood (1.8/5) was down -5% from last week’s season premiere (1.9/5).
