Galavisión enjoyed a record-breaking 2011 with double digit growth among viewers across key dayparts year to year. The cable network’s current 2011/2012 season is outdelivering last season’s primetime performance, boasted by a strong Sunday night line-up of the series “Los Heroes del Norte” (“Heroes of the North”) and “Mujeres Asesinas” (“Killer Women”). Galavisión also continues to rank as one of the top cable networks, regardless of language, among Hispanic Adults.

“Galavisión continues to push the envelope on Sunday nights with original and unique programming that continues to draw audiences to Spanish-language cable week in and week out,” said Sebastian Trujillo, senior vice president and operating manager, Galavisión Network. “Our strong performance this year further establishes our leadership position with Hispanic audiences.”

Galavisión continues to see growth in Spanish-language primetime with double digit increases. Year to year audience delivery increased by:
40% among Total Viewers 2+
33% among Adults 18-49

138% more Hispanic Adults 18-49 than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español
