Cox Media Group’s provider of Over the Top (OTT) advertising to select national, regional and local advertisers has just selected two women to the roles of co-Chief Operating Officer — enhancements Gamut say will “drive enhanced innovation across the company through process improvements, increased team member engagement and performance, fortified organizational capabilities, streamlined communications and more profound collaboration.”

Being named to the roles are Soo Jin Oh and Moya Neville.

“Both Soo Jin and Moya are proven, respected leaders and innovative thinkers who together will use their talents to help shape the future of our business,” said Ed Wilson, Executive Chairman of CMG’s Gamut and CoxReps subsidiaries. “Over the past six months, which have been some of the most critical and trying times in our history, I have witnessed firsthand the exceptional and impactful accomplishments within their respective areas and am confident that in their newly created and unique partnership, they will make a lasting and indelible imprint on our company, our teams and within the communities we serve.”

Oh has more than 15 years of experience building sound and scalable support teams, spearheading data strategies and developing leading products in OTT and digital. Having started her career at Google, Oh has transitioned Gamut from a start-up organization launched in 2014 to a growing, unique business able to provide self-served and direct sales.

“I am honored and excited to lead Gamut alongside the most talented and passionate team in the industry,” Oh said. “I am especially proud of the team’s relentless and uncompromising dedication to doing what’s right by each other, our partners, and our clients. I look forward to partnering with Moya as we continue to evolve and innovate in the OTT space.”

In her combined decade of experience with Cox Communications and CMG/Gamut, Neville has worked to build a sales team, develop sales strategies and successfully launch new revenue channels. “Her client-centric leadership has fostered long-term relationships internally and externally, transforming teams and clients into deeply engaged partners,” the company said.
