Instead of cashing a paycheck at the combo, he’ll be writing tham after buying the stations from regional group Mount Rushmore Broadcasting Inc. The pricetag is $695K, including a $75K down payment, $525K cash at closing and a note for the remaining $95K. Torrington sits on the banks of the Platte River in extreme eastern Wyoming, near the state line with Nebraska.
