Kudos to singer Ariana Grande who struck a blow for women – and showed she’s not some vacuous pop star – during an interview on L.A.’s Power 106. “Billboard” magazine reported on the semi-friendly spat between Ms. Grande and DJs Justin Credible and Eric D-Lux.
The guys felt it was good radio to ask: “If you could use makeup or your phone one last time, which one would you pick?” Grande responded, with a smile, “Is that what you think girls have trouble choosing between?” A little later, with the tenor of the talk not altering much, a slightly frustrated Grande advised: “You need a little brushing up on equality over here.”
