The Corporate Family Rating and positive outlook for Gray Television Inc. remain unchanged following its announced acquisition of ABC affiliates in Flint MI and Toledo OH, according to Moody’s Investors Service.
Moody’s likes both of the stations that are part of the $128M acquisition from SJL Holdings. WJRT-TV is the Flint MI market leader and WGTV-TV Toledo OH is only slightly behind the #1 station.
