Gray-TelevisionGray Television completed renewal negotiations for retransmission consent agreements with four cable operators.

The previous deals had expired at the end of 2015.

The new agreements include Time Warner Cable and Buckeye Cable and cover 900,000 big four affiliated subscribers in 16 markets.

Gray’s Deputy General Counsel Robert Folliard said while such talks “are never easy,” the operators shared Gray’s intent to quickly find common ground and ensure mutual customers had no interrupted delivery of local television broadcasts.

The broadcaster is working on one remaining deal that expired in 2015.
