Gray Television plans to sell all of the radio stations included in the company’s pending acquisition of the Schurz broadcast assets. The news comes in advance of its third quarter earnings release on Tuesday.
When the deal closes, Schurz will transfer its radio stations in South Bend, Indiana, to Mid-West Family Broadcast Group; its radio stations in Lafayette, Indiana, to Neuhoff Communications; and its radio stations in Rapid City, South Dakota, to The HomeSlice Group.
