Hall of Famers honored in NYC


The New York State Broadcasters Association (NYSBA) last week immortalized six of the state’s most distinguished broadcasting legends into the NYSBA Hall of Fame. The new inductees were honored Thursday, November 12th at The Paley Center for Media in New York City.

Featured in the photo are (L to R): Rochester morning radio fixture “Brother Wease,” respected WGY-AM Schenectady host Don Weeks, longtime WIVB-TV Buffalo News 4 reporter Marie Rice, celebrated CBS News “Sunday Morning” anchor Charles Osgood, Syracuse TV/radio personality Rick Gary, and legendary WMCA-AM/WABC-AM/WCBS-FM NYC personality Harry Harrison.
