Traders celebrated as European officials agreed on a bail-out plan for Greece and the US government reported stronger-than-expected Q3 GDP growth. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 340 points, or 2.9%, to 12,209, back above the 12K mark. Broadcasting stocks joined in the celebration.
The RBR Radio Index was up 15.348, or 5.4%, to 299.274.
The TVBR Television Index was up 13.757, or 5.7%, to 254.766.
