Charlie Vogt, Harris Broadcast CEO, has appointed Steve Reynolds as Chief Technology Officer and Skip Sorenson as Chief Financial Officer. Reynolds will lead product development and Research & Development, and Sorenson responsible for financial and IT.

“After an intense 100 days since joining Harris Broadcast, we have built a management team that is laser focused on the challenges and opportunities facing our industry, customers and partners,” said Vogt. “Steve and Skip join an outstanding team that shares a clear vision to lead the market in technology innovation and fuel a customer-first culture. Steve’s software and IP pedigree, most recently at Comcast, bring a cutting-edge customer perspective that is ideal for guiding our product direction, while Skip’s financial acumen spanning public and private companies aligns with our long-term goals and objectives.”

The addition of CTO and CFO follow executive management appointments by Vogt across Sales, Services and Human Resources and are part of his aggressive plan to strengthen the company’s global leadership as an independent company.

Reynolds joins Harris Broadcast from Comcast, where he served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Premises Technology, overseeing technology strategy, roadmap and development.

Sorenson was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CompuCom, a leading IT solutions provider.
