'Hell's Kitchen' on Fox took third-place Tuesday

Airing the Tuesday premiere of HELL’S KITCHEN and an original MASTERCHEF last night, FOX ranked #2 among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, and won the night among Men 18-34.


Last night was FOX’s highest rated Tuesday so far this summer with entertainment programming.

HELL’S KITCHEN:  2.5/8, even with Monday’s season premiere
HELL’S KITCHEN won its 8p hour among all adult demos and held its Monday premiere numbers in Total Viewers.

MASTERCHEF:  2.2/6, up +5% from its last Tuesday telecast (7/05/11)
MASTERCHEF posted its highest rated Tuesday so far this summer in Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers.

Competition
Following a repeat Wipeout (1.6/5) at 8p, ABC’s new series 101 Ways To Leave A Game Show (1.5/4, down -6%) delivered its lowest original rating to date. At 10p, Combat Hospital (0.8/2) remained flat and matched its series low.

CBS aired repeats of NCIS (1.7/6) and NCIS: Los Angeles (1.3/4) at 8p and 9p, followed by 48 Hours Mystery (1.2/3) at 10p.

The premiere of NBC’s new gameshow series, It’s Worth What?, delivered a 1.8/6 at 8p. From 9-11p, America’s Got Talent (3.3/9) dropped -18% and matched its lowest Tuesday performance this summer and continued showing double-digit week-to-week losses since moving to 9p (4.6/13 > 4.0/11 > 3.3/9).
