The New York Post came across what it considered to be in interesting little tidbit – somebody has registered three web domains containing a number combination: 96.3, and a letter combination: ESPN. It’s a curious combination, because 96.3 happens to be the dial position of New York Times Classical outlet WQXR-FM. ESPN happens to be an ABC subsidiary that likes to run sports programming on the radio. The New York Times happens to be a company that has all but abandoned the broadcasting business and needs cash. But nobody’s talking.
