For Investors, There’s ‘A Renewed Interest In Radio’

As Q3 comes to a close, it’s a good time to be a broker with AM and FM properties across the U.S.

“There is a renewed interest in radio,” says Bob Heymann, Director of the Chicago office of Media Services Group.

That’s because, in his view, “Multiples are such that smart buyers can make a very handsome return, especially given today’s interest rate environment.”
