Norsan Media, a Hispanic radio group with ten station in four states, will have another to operate as the new year opens, and will have five years to turn a rental property into an O&O. The station is WOLS-FM Waxhaw NC. Norsan will be taking it from an Oldies format under current owner GHB Broadcasting, to Regional Mexican. Terms were not revealed on the LMA which is scheduled to begin 1/1/09. Norsan owns WXNC-AM and WGSP AM-FM in the Charlotte market.
