HNAM names new advisory committee members

HandsHarry Nelson Artist Management President Harry Nelson says some of the top players in the radio, media, and music industries will join his companies’ advisory committee to lend their knowledge and expertise to the companies’ growing roster of developing artists, including Momentum Label Groups’ Rachele Lynae, The Vettes and Scott Lindsey.


On board is:
–Richard Palmese, long time Sony Music Exec. And currently, Executive Vice-President at Irving Azoffs’ Front Line Management-Los Angeles with a client list that includes The Eagles and Kenny Chesney.

–Peter Smyth, Chairman and Chief Executive Office of Greater Media Inc., owners of top rated Country 102.5 WKLB-FM Boston.  In addition, WKLB PD Mike Brophey and Assistant PD and Music Director Ginny Rogers have agreed to share their insight and expertise.

–Burt Stein comes aboard from Gold Mountain Entertainment-Nashville.  Burt is the longtime manager of Country legend Ronnie Milsap.  Gold Mountain has also helped guide the careers of Bonnie Raitt, Nirvanna, and Motley Crue.

–Network Radio and Broadcast Syndication expert Tim Kelly will also serve.  Mr. Kelly was Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Premiere Radio Networks and helped grow it into a 2.1 Billion Dollar Cap Company.

–Dave Sholin, former Senior VP of Promotion for Island and Capitol Records and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  While at Island and Capitol, Sholin managed projects for U2, Elton John, and Coldplay.

Country Music Artist Steve Azar also act as “Special Advisor” for talent and acquisition.  Steve’s impressive resume includes one of the most played singles in the history of Country Radio, the Top 5 hit, “I Don’t Have to be Me Till Monday.”
