The Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB) announced Thursday that Hope Etheridge has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She had been Vice President – Finance and Administration of the TVB.
“Hope is involved in every aspect of the TVB operation and is one of the hardest–working people I’ve ever encountered,” said Steve Lanzano, TVB president. “This promotion and new title reflects the sweeping nature of her importance to the organization. She is an indispensable part of the senior TVB team,” he added.
“I look forward to continuing to serve our members and the industry in my expanded role,” said Etheridge of her promotion.
Etheridge came to TVB in July 2000, having served as business manager for WFSB-TV Hartford for 16 years. Prior to WFSB, she was ESPN’s program finance manager and also worked behind the scenes on several NBC programs.
