House, Court Weigh in on FCC and Title II


FCCA budget bill passed by the House Appropriations Committee would delay the implementation of Title II regulatory authority regarding the FCC’s oversight of the internet. And it would also put the FCC on a restricted fiscal diet. Meanwhile, the FCC had a win in court.

In all, $20.2B in funding for federal agencies was provided for.
