Metro Radio Inc., headed by Bruce A. Houston, is selling a pair of AMs licensed to Warrenton VA, a town on the outskirts of the outskirts of Washington DC. The buyer is Johnson A. Edosomwan’s Radio Companion LLC.

Edosomwan will pay $2.7M for the duo, with $1.9M attributed to the stations and $800K attributed to associated real property. $2M will be in cash, with the remaining $700K coming pursuant to terms of a promissory note.

Houston will continue on in the vicinity with WKDV-AM in Manassas VA. His relationship with the two Warrenton stations will live on as well, in the form of a consulting agreement.
