How DTC Refutes T-Mobile Repack Beliefs


FCCDigital Tech Consulting says many of T-Mobile’s assumptions about the time and available resources to help television broadcasters move to new channels during the spectrum repack are wrong.

Instead of comprehensively analyzing the steps needed for the repacking process, the wireless company seems to have worked backwards from the FCC’s 39-month repacking deadline and $1.75 billion budget to reach its conclusions, asserts DTC.
