MIAMI — Most people know Univision Communications for their wide array of media of interest to Hispanic consumers.
However, as part of an expansion effort the company is actively looking to unwind, it obtained ownership of an online hub for news and features of interest to Blacks.
That’s why Univision has been sued by Ebony magazine.
The case involves a column accusing Ebony of not paying its writers.
