El Rushbo is getting a new neighbor: The “Howard Stern Show” host on SiriusXM host and America’s Got Talent judge is reportedly the buyer behind a $52 million private sale for an oceanfront house at 601 N. County Road. The property was sold by textile and apparel tycoon Martin Trust and his wife, Diane, according to The Palm Beach Daily News.

He’s been looking for a house in South Florida for weeks with his wife, Beth Ostrosky.

Stern’s house is actually a bit south of Limbaugh, whose home is near the northern tip of the island where Palm Beach sits. The five-bedroom house on the North End of Palm Beach had not been listed for sale in the multiple listing services that serve the island. Broker Lawrence A. Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates confirmed with the paper that a transaction had occurred for the property and that he handled the deal. But he would say nothing else about the sale or anyone involved.

The sale marks the highest-dollar deal recorded this year in Palm Beach.

The Trusts had bought the property in 1986 for about $4.58 million. It’s buildings sit on the lot with a grand total of 39,094 square feet of living space, inside and out. The main house has 18,673 square feet of air-conditioned space, and the smaller structure has 1,196 square feet under air, records show.

The house has an oceanfront swimming pool and that the property is extensively landscaped with formal gardens.
