Does this confirm our suspicion that there never were any negotiations by “America’s Got Talent” to hire Howard Stern as a judge for the NBC show? The Sirius XM shock jock was interviewed on camera by the New York Post as he attended a movie premiere.
“I don’t even know if they are considering me,” Stern said of the rumors that AGT wants him to fill the judge’s chair vacated by Piers Morgan.
Stern said he’s a fan of the show and would be honored if they are considering him for the show. He said much the same a few days earlier on his own satellite radio show, but has never indicated that he’s actually been approached with an offer.
