RBR-TVBR observation: We’ve heard many over-the-air promos about iHeart’s ability to allow listeners traveling out of market to give up the signal fading and static and keep their favorite station playing as long as they like. This technology will allow advertisers to follow them as they go, providing increased value. Now that they can tailor ads to each users’ preferences and profiles, they are getting even closer to the Holy Grail of advertising—advertising to the interested. This is another strong move by CCME in super-serving advertisers on the digital playground.
