Educational Media Foundation is sending an FM CP earmarked for Hopland CA, well north of Santa Rosa, to One Ministries Inc. In return, it will get three FM CPs scheduled for construction in Juneau AK. In addition to KAIS-FM CP, OMI will receive $7.5K in cash. The CP is for a Class A with 11 w @ 1,394’ on 88.7 MHz. Only one of the CPs headed to EMF already has calls, KORB-FM, and they are all pegged for Class C3 status with 10 kw @ -1,214’. The frequencies will be 88.1 MHz, 89.7 MHz & 90.5 MHz.
