Anderson University, Inc., an Indiana non-profit corporation (“Seller”), and Educational Media Foundation, a California non-profit religious corporation (“Buyer”) have agreed on the sale of radio station WQME(FM) in Anderson, Indiana (Channel 254; 98.7 MHz; FIN# 2216), for $725,000.
The Seller was represented by Susan A. Marshall, Esq. of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC, 1300 North 17th Street, 11th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209. The Buyer was represented by David D. Oxenford of Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer, LLP, 1800 M Street NW, Suite 800N, Washington, DC 20036. The agreement date was August 27, 2018.
